Job Description
- Diagnosing and fixing problems with manufacturing machines and mechanical parts and working with machine operatives for machine set ups and change overs.
- Works with the Plant Manager to manage repair and maintenance activities in a cost effective and customer focused manner.
- Performs maintenance and repairs on all company machinery and equipment, including overhead cranes, lifts, light trucks, automobiles, and production equipment.
- Sets up and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule on all major machinery and equipment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Must be with previous experience in precast concrete industry. With excellent communication and people skills.
