Job Description
- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- They greet visitors, answer, and run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients.
- Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
- Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
- Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
- Administer change to tables if needed.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- WITH A VALID PASSPORT MORE THAN TEN MONTHS
- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
- NO VISIBLE TATOOS IN HANDS AND NECK
