Job Description
- Compliance with quality guarantees and standards Set the table according to the type of banquet and service standard, including the type of tablecloth, glassware, plates/china and silver/cutlery.
- Ensure all cutlery meets quality standards
- Maintain close communication with customers and staff to meet customer requirements.
- Completion of finishing touches after closing, including storage of all reusable goods, unpacking of goods, cleaning of all equipment and areas,
- Return equipment to its proper location, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist.
- Provide a clear payment process and follow all cash handling and credit card policies/procedures.
- If necessary, additionally work in the restaurants and banquets of Sheraton Macau Hotel and St. Regis Hotel.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- 1 year of catering related work experience or customer service experience is preferred.
- High-end Chinese restaurant or hotel lobby lounge experience is preferred.
- Five-star hotel experience is preferred.
- Ladies must be 165cm tall or above
- Men need to be 175cm tall or above
