Job Description
- Ensure all cutlery meets quality standards
- Meet customer service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
- Sincerely thank guests and leave a good impression.
- Pay close attention to the guests, including asking questions to the guests, to understand the guests' needs.
- Speak clearly to guests and colleagues.
- Work closely with other staff to provide better customer service.
- Standing or walking for long periods of time throughout the work shift
- Keep the restaurant clean and provide a comfortable environment for guests.
- Maintain close communication with customers and staff to meet customer requirements.
- Check the menu to make sure it is clean and tidy.
- Need to work additionally in restaurants and banquets of Sheraton Macau Hotel and St. Regis Hotel when necessary.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Graduates with relevant internship experience or relevant industry experience
- Five -star hotel or related work experience is preferred
- Ladies must be 165cm tall or above.
