Job Description
- Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understand the service needs of the guests, including asking questions of the guests to better understand their needs and preferences of the guests.
- Let guests know and learn about their accommodations, services, and area attractions
- Use the measuring system to prepare drinks for guests according to specific recipes.
- Ask guests for payment methods, assign rooms, and assign room keys in accordance with property policies and procedures.
- Handle all check-out procedures including express check-out, resolve any disputed charges, settle accounts, retrieve room keys, and collect guest comments.
- Provide information to guests about hotel services, facility hours of operation, and local events.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their requests are met and issues resolved.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Bar experience and basic alcohol knowledge preferred
- At least 2 years of cocktail-making experience.
- Ladies must be 165cm tall or above.
- Men need to be 175cm tall or above
