Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation of construction design drawings, according to contract requirements, construction requirements and design standards and other elements
- Responsible for the production of relevant construction drawings, including floor plans, section drawings, construction detail drawings, etc.
- Responsible for supervising the construction process of the project and ensuring that all work meets the requirements of the design and construction drawings
- Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the project meets the relevant building and engineering code standards
- Responsible for ensuring that the construction plan and operation of the project meet the local safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for coordinating relevant project parties, such as clients, consultants, architectures, site teams, subcontractors, etc., to ensure that the project proceed smoothly according to the master program
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualification
- With 4 years' site experience from large-scale projects on main contractor side
- Experience to liaise and co-ordinate with the clients, consultants, sub- contractors and suppliers for developing construction details, monitoring site progress and conducting site co-ordination works
