Job Description
- Cook plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
- They help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently.
- They ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- With at least 2 years related experience in hotel, restaurant or amusement parks setting.
- Quality performance in the preparation and presentation of the dishes according to the instructions of the kitchen management in cooperation with the demi chef de partie.
