Job Description
- Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- With at least 3 years working experience in a busy kitchen, preferably in a 5-Star Hotel.
- With at least 3 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen operation, working with international teams.
- Must have UKVI IELTS with a score of 5 per category
- Should be a Degree Holder in Hotel & Restaurant Management
- Culinary Diploma Holder from an accredited school or Training Centers.
- EXPERIENCE IN BRITISH CUISINE IS A MUST!
- Food Safety Training Certificate. TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates is a MUST!
- Keen on purchasing and examining foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality.
