Job Description
- Service vehicles in a timely manner to quality and standards in accordance with company policy and manufacturer compliance.
- Present serviced vehicles as per company procedure in line with internal quality assurance.
- Previous experience working on light commercial vehicles, trucks and buses. Forklift licence or ability to obtain Auto electrical experience
- Basic welding experience desirable
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Experience in auto electrical work (competency in fault finding)
- Competent in brake repairs & diagnosis and suspension repairs & diagnosis
- Sound verbal communication skills to relay information to staff and clients
- Truck repair experience preferred or commitment to learn.
- Panel and Paint experience desirable
- All repairs and maintenance carried out in accordance with manufacturers requirements
- Qualified motor mechanic (Australian equivalent)
- Previous experience within a service department or mechanical workshop / commercial vehicles and trucks
- Basic computing skills desirable or commitment to learn
