Job Description
- Responsible for the input and translation of scientific information about nutrition into practical advice to support the catering production team develop and serve health-conscious meals.
- Monitor meals service in ensure correct dietary orders are followed.
- Responsible for the diet office and the day to day operational delivery of the business processes provided by the Menu Logistic (ML) food service information system including inputting meal orders, implementation of correct meals, monitoring and eval
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Degree in Food Nutrition & Dietetics
- Experience with nutrition system or any other diet software
- Must be registered dietitian with appropriate health authority.
- Ability to develop and analyze menus for an acute clinical and residential settings
- Excellent organizational, project supervision, time management and communication skills, user level problem solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Creative, positive, solution-oriented attitude in the workplace
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Outlook, CBORD, ML etc.)
