Document Preparation: Updating the CESMP (Contractor Environment & Social Management Plan), and preparing and submitting documents related to environmental incidents, health and safety, traffic management, and waste disposal.
Responsible for the implementation of the Construction Environmental and Social Management Plan (CESMP), including but not limited to the Traffic Management Plan, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements;
Responsible for managing and leading the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team;
Responsible for communication and coordination with the local community and other stakeholders affected by the construction;
Responsible for liaising, coordinating, and following up on HSE matters with the Consultant and the Ministry of Infrastructure Development (MID);
Perform other related Environmental Manager duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate environmental and social considerations into project planning and execution.
Manage and resolve any environmental or social issues that arise during project implementation.
SALARY is negotiable depending on the candidate's skills and experience.

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Environmental/Health/Safety) or similar fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field;
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of specialized experience in relevant areas;
Strong knowledge of environmental and social impact assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.
Experience with projects funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) or World Bank (WB) is highly desirable
Proficient in English, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
Filipino citizen who is currently residing here in the Philippines.

The successful candidate will be working on the Land and Maritime Connectivity Project in Solomon.
