Job Description
- Lead the bakery team in daily production and ensure consistent quality of all baked goods.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain bakery equipment, monitor ingredient inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
- 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef specializing in bakery and pastry production.
- Strong skills in bakery techniques, including bread, pastries, and desserts, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in a bakery environment.
