Job Description
- Manage the preparation of Cook-Chill and smoked products, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Monitor the cooking and chilling process to ensure food safety and product quality.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in all production processes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
- With Vocational or Culinary Certificate
- 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie, specializing in Cook-Chill and smoking techniques.
- Expertise in preparing and handling smoked products, ensuring food safety and flavor retention.
- Strong understanding of Cook-Chill processes, including equipment use and proper storage.
