Job Description
- EXPERTISE IN OPERATIONS LINE SET UP, TROUBLE SHOOTING, MAINTENANCE,MONITORING PACKAGING. ENSURE PRODUCTION AS PER PRODUCT CARD
- ABILITY TO ACHIEVE MACHINES PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY. KNOWLEDGE IN 5S/ GMP/ TPM. EQUIPMENT OPERATION AND MONITORING SOP'S.
- DOING DAILY REPORTING IN TALLY / EXCEL. DAILY SHIFT LOG BOOK,DATA-ENTRY WITH REQUIRED PARAMETERSKNOWLEDGE IN SAFETY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Mechanical); Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- WITH EXPERIENCE IN FOOD MANUFACTURING ESPECIFICALLY IN ICE CREAM FACTORY AND FROZEN PRODUCTS.
- KNOWLEDGE IN PRODUCTION OPERATIONS OF ICE CREAM PRODUCTS AND MACHINE OPERATIONS.
