All butchers will be involved in performing of the following tasks: • Taking delivery and/or collecting stock • Storing meat appropriately at correct temperature.
• Preparing and weighing meat for customers (including cutting, boning, slicing, and trimming). • Using machineries to prepare meat. • Serving customers over the counter and/or delivering meat to customers.
• Offering advice on suitable meats, cuts, and preparation/cooking techniques. Butchers will also be required to adhere to stringent hygiene regulations and to undertake general cleaning tasks in the meat preparation and serving areas.
must have experience in different part of COW, LAMB and CHICKEN

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.

Male applicants are preferred for this role.

- Safety-conscious approach. - Good practical butchery skills and hand-eye coordination. - Attention to detail and dexterity ¬¬-Good knowledge of the product (where it comes from and the “story” behind it. -Excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Creativity and general awareness of how to present and display meat. - Customer service skills
