Provide technical support and troubleshooting for game developmen
Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve bugs
Optimize game performance based on metrics and player feedback.
Maintain documentation for processes and technical issues
Maintain and repair arcade games, bowling lanes, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Provide technical support during peak hours to ensure minimal downtime.

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
