Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for game developmen
- Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve bugs
- Optimize game performance based on metrics and player feedback.
- Maintain documentation for processes and technical issues
- Maintain and repair arcade games, bowling lanes, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Provide technical support during peak hours to ensure minimal downtime.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
