Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all kinds of equipment such as QC, RTG, and Spreaders
- Responsible for the communication with operation in matter relating to breakdown of equipment.
- Guide Trainee Technicians on day to day work
- Provide an open communication and exchange of relevant information to subordinate under him.
- To update the Equipment Deployment, Availability, Preventive Maintenance Monitor the equipment’s performance and schedule corrective maintenance.
- To improve reliability through modifications.
- Responsible for executing work in the safest way
- Responsible for housekeeping/ cleanliness after the work completion in allotted equipment such as QC, RTG and Spreaders
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Able to read electrical circuit diagrams of all kinds of equipment like QC, RTG, Spreaders, Engine, and Substation, etc.,
- Able to read and write in PLC logic of all kinds of equipment like QC, RTG, and Spreaders.
- Attending QC and RTG breakdown and able to do troubleshooting
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in electrical systems. Troubleshooting skills and breakdown (BDN) analysis for further control of BDN
