Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labor. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Preparing tender and contract documents. Identifying and weighing up commercial risks.
Checking of delivery notes and invoices. Procurement of online materials. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. Knowledge in using AutoCAD and other construction related software. Deep knowledge with Microsoft Excel and other estimation software. Wide knowledge on construction materials.

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.

Male applicants are preferred for this role.
