Job Description
- Assists in installing the molds, making the necessary adjustments, and delivering the machine to the operator ready according to the technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the materials department to prepare the necessary raw material inputs.
- Receive and hand over shifts with the production assistant on the other shift and conduct actual inspections of the machines.
- Assist in loading and operating the mold.
- Set up the robot for product picking.
- Adjust and prepare the machine to start the operation process.
- Coordinate with the materials department for the delivery of required material inputs
- Ensure that the delivered input materials comply with the correct specifications required for the work order.
- Assist in identifying defects during production.
- Help implement corrective actions and adhere to specified timelines.
- Educate the team on defect reduction processes.
- Assist in making minor adjustments to settings.
- Help the team leader in training workers.
- Monitor product quality, execute machine checklists and writing production reports.
- Address operational issues and defects.
- Assist in making minor adjustments and report any unresolved issues to the team leader that require technical expertise.
- Submit repair requests to the team leader.
- Assist in cleaning and organizing the workspace.
- Monitor the implementation of 5S practices.
- Invite the quality control inspector to conduct the final inspection of any product before it is transferred to the warehouse.
- Print and attach production labels and tags to the product to ensure accuracy of information.
- Coordinate with the planning secretary to prepare the release invoice for transportation.
- Assist in supervising and organizing workers on the production line.
- Follow up on the receipt and handover of machines from one worker to another.
- Work on compensating for labor shortages during breaks.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Proficient in English Language.
