Job Description
- Support clients with mobility needs, including helping them move around the home or use assistive devices.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in conversation and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ health, behavior, or physical condition to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Ensure clients’ living environments are safe by identifying and mitigating any potential hazards, such as slippery floors or loose rugs.
- Communicate regularly with family members to update them on the client’s condition and any care needs.
- Maintain detailed records of care provided, including daily activities, meals, medications administered, and any observations related to the client’s health.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Must have VALID PASSPORT, Latest PSA Birth Certificate
- HOLDER OF CAREGIVING NCII CERTIFICATE
- Must be Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N4) passer or Test of Practical Japanese (J-Test) passer or Japanese Language NAT Test passer
- NC II holder (Caregiver or Health Care Services) or BS Nursing graduated
