Job Description
- · Preferably work experience in an entertainment bar in a hotel · Willing to work in a bar serving food, alcohol and shisha · Thorough understanding of bar operation · Excellent communication skills · Friendly and PR orientated ·
- · Ability to work with micros POS system · Creative and sales orientated · Capable of training team members · Availability to work in shifts as needed
- To communicate to both internal and external customers in a polite, courteous and constructive manner. · Entirely capable to prioritize, organize and delegate work assignments.
- Directs and corrects performance of all team members & follows up corrective training. · Motivates bar teams to be seen as a cohesive unit at all times
- Continuously promotes positive work relationship with kitchen staff & F&B departments. Thinks clearly, analyses & resolves challenges and obstacles, exercising good judgment.
- Ascertains team training needs & provides such training at consistent levels. · Prepare and follow up compliance with weekly schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecast.
- Ensure that all communication tools are being used efficiently and the information flow to all levels. · Ensure that team members report to work as scheduled.
- Enforce all procedures of monitoring employee attendance is being completed. · Ensure that the assignation of bars, duties and meal breaks are in accordance with departmental procedures.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Require minimum of two years experience in four/five star hotel and restaurant.
- · Hospitality Diploma or Certificate is an added qualification
