Job Description
- Design, create, and repair gold jewelry pieces, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings
- Work with various precious metals and gemstones, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.
- Utilize techniques such as soldering, casting, forging, and engraving.
- Set stones using prong, bezel, channel, and pave settings.
- Polish and finish jewelry pieces to achieve the desired look and feel.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to customize and create unique jewelry items.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in jewelry making.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience as a Goldsmith or Jeweler.
- Proficient in metalworking and stone setting techniques.
- Strong eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
- Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and designs.
- Knowledge of different precious metals and gemstones.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
