Job Description
- Manage food preparation and ensure high-quality standards across all menu items.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and assist in menu planning to enhance guest dining experiences.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
- 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a VIP lounge or high-standard culinary setting.
- Proven expertise in preparing a variety of dishes with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety practices.
