Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Diagnose issues in HVAC, lighting, wiring, plumbing fixtures, and other MEP systems.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems.
Upgrade or replace components as necessary to ensure efficient operation.
Identify faults or malfunctions in MEP systems using diagnostic tools.
Propose and implement effective solutions to resolve issues.
Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations during all tasks.
Ensure that systems are functioning in compliance with local codes and standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Report system conditions, issues, and recommendations to supervisors or facility managers.
Work with other team members to complete large-scale repairs or installations.
Coordinate with contractors or vendors as needed.

A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.

2-5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or similar roles.
Proficiency in handling tools and equipment used in MEP systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work (e.g., EPA certification, journeyman license) are preferred.
