Job Description
- Developing innovative architectural designs
- Preparing detailed construction drawings
- Collaborating with clients and project teams
- Overseeing construction projects
- Staying up to date with industry trends and regulation
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies or similar fields.
- Strong Design Vision: A keen eye for aesthetics and a creative flair to bring designs to life.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Vectorworks software and a strong understanding of architectural principles.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with clients.
- Dedicated Work Ethic: Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Ability to work with architectural software to create building plans
- Excellent attention to detail and Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to large groups
- Written and verbal communication skills and Math skills
