performing preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery, maintaining inventory of raw materials and supplies, and operating equipment to cut, shape and assemble products from wood.
able to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams, and must be knowledgeable in the use of various types of woodworking power tools and machines.
ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Inspect workflows to ensure quality standards are met, and inspect finished products to ensure they match the blueprint.
Perform daily maintenance checks, and clean, maintain, and perform routine inspections on the machines.
Follow safety procedures and regulations, and attend safety and educational training meetings.
Train apprentices how to use the equipment properly.

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
