Job Description
- Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies. Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including: Full-body massages (including Thai massage and Lymphatic massage) and waxing services.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the spa and equipment at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with good listening and communication skills.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed during their spa experience.
- Promote spa services and products to clients to enhance their wellness journey.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficiency in Pre-Natal, Post-Natal, and Lymphatic Massages.
- Additional skills in Lash and Eyebrow Services are an advantage with added salary benefits.
