Job Description
- Prepare and cook traditional Filipino dishes. ensuring flavor and authencity
- Develop and plan menus that accommodate the nutritional needs of construction Wokers
- Manage food inventory, order supplies and ensure proper storage practices.
- Maintain a clean and organizes kitchen space. following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with Site Administrator to coordinate meal service time and logistics
- Can Supervise a small group of housekeepers.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience as a Chef/Cook, with focus on Filipino Cuisine preferred.
- Ability To work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
