Job Description
- Maintain a high level of quality for the products produced.
- Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
- Effectively use hand tools and/or air tools
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Pack and store materials and products
- Visually inspect the quality of in-coming production line materials, eliminate defects
- Meet daily production goals through teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform all assembly-related tasks and assignments in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure equipment and workstations are cleaned daily
- Support and communicate with Team Leaders daily
- Maintain housekeeping & 3R5S environment.
- Follow Mobis guidelines (according to handbook) and other policies established by department.
- Read and/or enter data through computer.
- Assist with creation and completion of improvement and/or cost reduction ideas
- Complete check sheets, reports, forms, etc as assigned & with accuracy
- Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazards
Qualifications:
Applicants with no work experience are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Candidate can lift (Between 20-70 lbs)
