Job Description
- Skilled in reading, preparing and refining architectural drawing.
- Interpret and analyze project designs to create accurate technical documentation.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs align with project goal.
- Review and revise drawing based on feedback form project stakeholders.
- Maintain drawing standard including layering, dimensions and annotation.
- Coordinate with project team to resolve design and drafting challenges.
- Ensure all the drawing comply with industry and regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing documentation for project approvals and permit.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
