Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and food safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and personnel to ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are maintained.
Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality and safety.
Perform tests to identify defects or contamination and address issues promptly.
Lead and train quality control staff to ensure proper procedures are followed.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to the quality control team and evaluate their performance.
Maintain detailed records of quality checks, tests, and corrective actions.
Prepare and submit reports on quality performance, deviations, and corrective measures.
Assist in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Identify recurring quality issues and develop strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.

Can communicate well in English
Willing to work in Saudi Arabia for a 2-year contract
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a poultry processing or slaughterhouse environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
