Plan, organize, and manage daily operations of the poultry slaughterhouse to meet production targets.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet demand.
Implement and maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and biosecurity protocols.
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of production staff, supervisors, and other personnel.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed.
Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Ensure operations comply with local and international laws and regulations related to poultry processing and environmental standards.
Maintain records and prepare for internal and external audits.
Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards.
Monitor expenses, reduce waste, and optimize processes to improve profitability.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
Ensure the facility operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
Promote a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety policies.
Address workplace hazards and conduct safety training for employees.

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.

Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Can communicate well in English
Willing to work in Saudi Arabia for a 2-year contract
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Business Management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in poultry processing, slaughterhouse operations, or meat production management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with machinery and processes used in poultry slaughterhouses.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
