Job Description
- Taking Care of patients and assist their medical needs according to nurses instructions
- Helping patients move and transfer from bed to wheelchair, and vice versa
- Supporting and Assisting Nurses.
- Improving hospital environment
- Support patients with their activities of daily living ( feeding, bathing, glooming, etc.)
- Assisting with recreation and functional training, etc.
- Performing other tasks that will improve the patients well-being and safety
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
- Passer of Japanese Foundation Test or Japanese Language proficiency N4 or above.
- Passer of Nursing care skills evaluation test
- Having experience as nurse or care worker for 1 year or more
- Having graduated from nursing college preferred;
- Ex-trainees or Ex-EPA welcomed
- Being good at working in teams
- Being diligent, honest, and good mannered
