Job Description
- Act as the senior technical authority for all AVL-related projects
- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and technical briefings.
- Lead teams in planning, execution, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and professional manner.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning to final implementation.
- Read and interpret BOQs to create detailed installation plans and manpower schedules
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of AVL systems (lighting, rigging, sound) to design and execute innovative solutions.
- Optimize equipment usage and ensure the highest standards of technical delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest AVL technologies and incorporate them into projects.
- Outstanding communication and client service skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes interactions.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Advertising / Media or similar fields.
