Job Description
- • Conduct research to analyse client needs and requirements (e.g. Local/national trends and preferences).
- • Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- • Preparing budget and time constraints. and creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans. • Undertaking successful marketing and sales campaigns including social media platforms
- • Set up tracking and evaluation systems for marketing activities.
- • Identify and analyse main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to clients.
- • Prepare monthly reports for the higher management by collecting and analysing sales activity and data. Including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
- • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- • Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
- • Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
- • Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
- • Handling complaints of the clients.
- • Negotiating the deals with the clients.
- • Taking feedback from the clients and such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, sales or a related field
- • At least 5+ years of relevant and proven experience as a sales and marketing executive or a similar position in the Sales Department
- • Ability to multitask and prioritized workload effectively
- • Ability to work under pressure
- • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- • A result-driven and organized individual
- • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills

- • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
- • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- • Confident and approachable attitude and strong creative outlook
- • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and experience of working in a client focused environment
- • General Office experience and full Driving License
