Develop and deliver an effective tissue viability service, including prevention, assessment, and treatment of acute and chronic wounds.
Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and provide follow-up care to prevent potential tissue damage.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to offer expert advice and implement evidence-based wound care strategies.
Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on tissue viability best practices, including diabetic foot ulcer management.
Stay updated with clinical advancements and contribute to quality improvement initiatives in wound care.

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree holder.

Post-graduate diploma in Tissue Viability Nursing (or willingness to obtain).
Nurse prescribing qualification.
Post-graduate specialization in older persons, disabilities, or diabetes (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years post-registration experience. 5 years in Tissue Viability for senior roles. 2 years in Tissue Viability for junior roles.
Demonstrated clinical skills and knowledge through consistent updating.
