responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of an electrical construction project, including supervising electricians
and apprentices, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines, while interpreting blueprints, planning work schedules,
and troubleshooting electrical issues on-site to guarantee the successful completion of the project within budget and timeframes
essentially acting as the leader of the electrical crew, managing all aspects of the electrical installation process while maintaining compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance. Conduct on-the-job training and mentorship for crew members
Evaluate employee performance and address any safety or quality concerns. Thoroughly review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand the scope of work.

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
