Job Description
- is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a team of technicians who install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation equipment within a facility
- ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards, including planning schedules, assigning tasks, troubleshooting issues, and managing project budgets while adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices
- essentially acting as the leader for all instrumentation-related activities on a project site.
- Develop detailed work plans, prioritize tasks, and create schedules for installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation equipment.
- Lead and manage a crew of instrumentation technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various instrumentation systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, control valves, and related electrical wiring.
- Diagnose malfunctions in instrumentation systems, identify root causes, and implement necessary repairs. Ensure accurate calibration of instrumentation equipment using specialized tools and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the project, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
- Maintain open communication with project engineers, supervisors, and other departments, providing regular progress reports and updates on project status.
- Manage inventory of instrumentation parts and materials, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage.
- Extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation systems, including knowledge of pneumatic and electronic control loops. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex instrumentation issues. Effective communication with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
