Job Description
- installs, maintains, and repairs equipment and systems that measure and control machinery
- Install, maintain, and repair: Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic equipment. Calibrate: Calibrate equipment to ensure it's accurate and reliable
- Troubleshoot: Troubleshoot issues with sensors, detectors, and system controls. Maintain safety: Ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain sterile conditions when required
- Document: Document processes and maintain records for compliance and analysis. Collaborate: Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to improve system efficiencies
- Train: Train clients on operation and safety instructions. Research: Research new instrumentation and study details and instructions to install and use it properly
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various instrumentation systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, control valves, and related electrical wiring.
- Diagnose malfunctions in instrumentation systems, identify root causes, and implement necessary repairs. Ensure accurate calibration of instrumentation equipment using specialized tools and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the project, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
- Maintain open communication with project engineers, supervisors, and other departments, providing regular progress reports and updates on project status.
- Manage inventory of instrumentation parts and materials, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage.
- Extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation systems, including knowledge of pneumatic and electronic control loops. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex instrumentation issues. Effective communication with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders

- Depending on the industry, may require certifications like electrician licenses, instrumentation technician certifications, or specific industry-related qualifications
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, physics, mathematics, and chemistry
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
