Job Description
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic and its application to work activities.
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective and safe operations for the protection of people and property.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved with pouring, smoothing, and finishing of concrete.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar to assist in written and verbal communication on a project site.
- Demonstrates coordination skills to adjust one's own actions in relation to others' actions to achieve the desired outcome.
- Demonstrates active listening skills by giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asks questions as appropriate to ensure accuracy of the product created.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Three or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience is in the construction industry highly desirable; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
- Work in the design-build industry is preferred with exposure to quality control, safety, masonry, carpentry, landscaping, etc
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required; EM-385 preferred; Training can be provided. Tagalog-English bilingual skills desirable
