Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide masonry work.
- Ensure all masonry work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste.
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and engineers.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
