Job Description
- In charge of managing students, which includes helping them learn English, completing their homework, and growing to be healthy individuals.
- Provide a homey and safe environment for the students and mentor them, so that they could continue to grow emotionally, physically and spiritually being.
- Guide the students to follow the daily schedule and take care of the student’s daily living.
- Develop positive relationships with every student.
- Work closely with academic teachers to identify any pastoral care needs of students.
- Plan and organize language and culture activities; to enrich students’ afterschool activities to help them become global citizens.
- Manage the nightly study hall times and ensure students complete their homework
- Keep in touch with the students’ parents/guardians regularly.
- strengthen the coordination with various departments of the school, cooperate with each other.
- Plan weekend activities for the students.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of teaching experience as a KINDERGARTED/PRESCHOOL/EARLY CHILDHOOD within a traditional classroom environment is required
- TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is an advantage but not necessarily required
- Can demonstrate a high level of fluency and accuracy on the English Language and have a strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and literature.
- Having basic to intermediate technology skills is an advantage. This includes using learning management systems, online resources, and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Possess qualities such as strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
