Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of automotive parts
- Managing inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to company policies and safety standards, all with the primary goal of timely order fulfillment to customers
- Oversee the receiving process, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
- Manage stock levels, performing regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory data
- mplement proper storage practices to optimize space utilization and prevent damage to parts
- Assign tasks and daily workloads to warehouse associates based on priorities and skill sets
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Having worked for a professional or corporate organization will be an added advantage, but we also don’t want to deny the opportunity a possible good candidate that may not have worked for a corporate institute
- Good knowledge in computer / Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
- Fluency in English writing and reading
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the automotive parts industry
