Job Description
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in assigned business entities.
- Train employees in each business entity on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and address user queries during the transition.
- Oversee routine ERP tasks, including monthly financial closing and inventory counting.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of routine operational processes.
- Perform key configurations in Dynamics 365, including product setup, vendor configuration, and other master data.
- Ensure alignment of configurations with business requirements.
- Work closely with business unit heads, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful ERP adoption.
- Conduct testing and validation of configured modules before go-live.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
- Experience in implementing ERP systems in the hospitality or food production industry.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related ERP systems are an advantage.
