Job Description
- Plan, organize, and manage production processes to achieve operational targets.
- Implement and maintain best practices aligned with industry standards and company goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet regulatory and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits across production lines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and R&D departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all production staff .
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 3+ years of experience in production management within the food industry.
- Experience managing operations in large-scale food production facilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Familiarity with advanced production technologies and automation systems.
- Proven track record in scaling operations or managing high-capacity production lines.
- Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
