Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of insulation experience in the industrial sector within the past 3 years.
• Training Certificate in Insulation
• Experienced in working with rock wool insulation, cladding installation, and prefabrication processes.
• VCA Certificate is an advantage.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Skilled in securing roll wool insulation, calculating perimeters, and accurately positioning and tying longitudinal and circular seams.
• Proficient in installing tin blanks, including cutting, rolling, zigzagging linear segments, and crafting simple caps from two parts.
• Skilled in fabricating a simple conical cap from a single piece, creating full and half tee-piece admissions, smoothing, redrawing, reproducing deformed parts, and producing templates for cutting shells with precision.
• Experienced in producing patterns and components, including elbows, tee pieces, reducers, sewn caps, flanges, valve boxes, and spheres with precision and accuracy.
• Able to work at height and lift heavy weights.
• Must be responsible, diligent, and have good English skills.
• Holds a Driver's License and is willing to convert to an International Driver's Permit.
