Job Description
- Guest Service Excellence: Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Task and System Knowledge: Understand server tasks, shift-end reports, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Menu and Product Knowledge: Assist guests with food and beverage choices by providing accurate information on menu items, garnishes, contents, preparation methods, and potential allergens to help them make informed decisions.
- Safety and Sanitation: Follow all outlet policies, procedures, safety, and sanitation standards when handling food and beverages.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with team members, and maintain focus, calmness, and courtesy at all times.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must be a Vocational/ Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage, Culinary; Others or similar fields
- At least 1 year and above experience in Food and Beverage / Hotel (restaurant and events catering)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
