Prepare and bake a variety of breads according to established recipes and standards.
Measure and mix ingredients following recipes and proper food safety guidelines.
Monitor the baking process and adjust temperatures, humidity levels, and baking times to ensure products are of the highest quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station and kitchen areas.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.

Strong baking skills (from scratch) and worked with a large product range such as sourdoughs, artisan loaves, Turkish rolls, sandwich loaves
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Physical ability & strength (manual dexterity, lifting, bending, twisting, reaching)
Good understanding of Food safety
Good presentation and grooming - no offensive visible tattoos
