Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Experience as a skilled tradesperson or in a related construction role (e.g., carpenter, electrician, plumber, equipment operator, laborer, foreman, assistant superintendent). This foundational experience in construction processes is essential.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Time management and organizational skills
