Job Description
- Bending and installing cable routes according to the drawing;
- Installation of secondary routes; Electrode welding of cable routing brackets; Compliance with established quality standards (
- Daily reporting on the work carried out;
- Depending on the quality of the work, the possibility of leading a team (2, 4, 6 people).
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Basic knowledge of ship structure (optional);
- Ability to work with power tools;
- Ability to read drawings (sense of scale, identification of engineering systems, location of equipment);
- Design and manufacture of non-standard metal products (cable routing brackets, equipment supports, etc.);
- Minimal preparation of angles or strip metal: cutting with an angle grinder, scrubbing with an angle grinder (aluminum or galvanized surface), accurate hole drilling;ability to cut and bend metal cable runs (vertically and horizontally) by bending th
- Black metal electrode welding, spot welding (tack welding);
- Stainless steel electrode welding; Metal cutting with gas;
- Leadership skills - ability to lead a team of 2, 4, 6 people (optional); Can read, write and speak English.
